We measure what makes you better and what keeps you healthy. Strength, jump, speed, asymmetries. In black and white, session after session.
"He got faster" is a feeling. "His first step is measurably faster after twelve weeks" is proof. We record every player once, set a baseline and measure regularly from there. That makes development visible, comparable and steerable, instead of guessed.
And the same data that shows performance also shows risk: a strength deficit or a side imbalance, long before it turns into an injury.

We do not measure with scales and a stopwatch, but with the systems used in pro sport. Everything flows into one profile per player that grows over months.
Jump force, explosive strength, rate of force and left-right asymmetries. The basis for first step and acceleration.
Hip, groin, shoulder, knee. The adductor to abductor ratio is a key value for skating.
The gold standard for hamstring strength. Eccentric strength for braking, stopping and changing direction.
Acceleration, top speed, change of direction, reaction.
Fast skating needs explosive leg strength, hip strength and above all a fast rate of force. The first step and acceleration depend on your explosive strength, braking and stopping on eccentric strength. These are exactly the qualities we measure, show you where you stand, and turn into a concrete training goal. No gut feeling. A plan tied to numbers you can verify.
Strength deficits and side imbalances are invisible until something tears. In the data you see them beforehand. An unfavourable adductor to abductor ratio comes with a clearly raised risk of groin injuries, one of the most common in ice hockey. Targeted eccentric hamstring training can roughly halve the risk of hamstring injuries. We find the weak spot before it becomes an absence. And staying healthy means more ice time. More ice time means more progress.
We measure with VALD. In the 2024/25 season all 32 NHL teams used these systems. Across five seasons more than 2,300 pros from the NHL and European leagues completed over 43,000 tests, in the NHL alone over 1,300 players and more than 26,000 tests.
This is not a gym gadget. This is the diagnostics the best players in the world work with. With us in Berlin it is open to kids, talents and clubs too.
Secure your slot for performance diagnostics, the same measurement the NHL works with. Strength, jump, speed and asymmetries, in under an hour, with a clear result to take home.
